The Executive Transition Process

The James F. Fitzgerald & Associates executive transition process covers all the essential aspects of a successful transition program.   No two executives have identical profiles, needs or desires.  Therefore, a unique program is developed for each executive.    Each client receives one-on-one personal attention and counsel from initial separation to securing a new position.   The process ranges from development of a job search strategy to ongoing activity accountability and encouragement.

Clients are prepared for the stress of the transition and energized with a plan for success.  A specific marketing plan is developed for each client.    Individuals are coached on how to make successful presentations, both written and oral.  Resumes and correspondence are meticulously crafted to best market skills and experience.

The Firm has developed an impressive independent resource network to augment in-house expertise.    These affiliates provide services such as personal assessment, evaluation/ improvement of interviewing skills, financial planning and business/legal advice.

In addition, James F. Fitzgerald & Associates maintains a network of contacts throughout the marketplace, which can provide an excellent launching point for an executive to start his/her job search campaign.  These entry points increase a client’s chances of early success.

James F. Fitzgerald & Associates has developed a time tested approach to accomplishing a successful job search. Clients are not limited in their access to Associates.  Post-employment counsel is available for up to a year after successful transition.

Five principles form the foundation for the success of the JAMES F.FITZGERALD & ASSOCIATES philosophy:  leadership, candor, professionalism, communications and results.
